As of June 30, 2024, we had remaining capacity under our at-the-market stock offering program equal to an aggregate gross sales price of $300 million in common shares.

We declared dividends per common share of $0.295 in the three months ended June 30, 2024, $0.285 in the three months ended June 30, 2023, $0.59 in the six months ended June 30, 2024 and $0.57 in the six months ended June 30, 2023.
