As of September 30, 2026, we had remaining capacity under our at-the-market stock offering program equal to an aggregate gross sales price of $300 million in common shares.

We declared dividends per common share of $0.32 in the three months ended September 30, 2026, $0.305 in the three months ended September 30, 2025, $0.96 in the nine months ended September 30, 2026, and $0.915 in the nine months ended September 30, 2025.

During the nine months ended September 30, 2026, a CDPLP limited partner converted 5,908 common units in CDPLP for an equal number of common shares.
