COPT Prices Offering of $300 Million of Ten-Year Senior Unsecured Notes

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Corporate Office Properties Trust (“COPT” or the “Company”) (NYSE: OFC) announced that its operating partnership, Corporate Office Properties, L.P. (the “Operating Partnership”), has priced an offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.00% senior unsecured notes due July 1, 2025 (the “Notes”) at a price equal to 99.510% of the principal amount. The Notes will be senior unsecured obligations of the Operating Partnership and will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by COPT. The offering is expected to close on June 29, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Operating Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay borrowings under its unsecured revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
