COPT Leases 58,000 Square Feet at The National Business Park

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT or the Company) (NYSE: OFC) has executed a lease with a strategic tenant for 58,000 square feet in The National Business Park (NBP). The tenant leased the final two floors at 410 NBP and plans to occupy the property in the third quarter of 2013. As of September 30, 2012, the property was 48% leased; accounting for this transaction, the property is now 100% leased.
