Corporate Office Properties Trust Announces Offering of 2,000,000 Common Shares

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) (NYSE:OFC) announced today that it plans to sell 2,000,000 shares of newly issued common shares in an underwritten public offering pursuant to its effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.

The joint book-running managers for this offering are Raymond James, Banc of America Securities LLC, Citi and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. Robert W.
